Can't find the Spirit Flower…

Some ship upgrades require an item called 'Spirit Flower'. This is a very special flower—essential for Stella to continue her journey. You can't grow it in the garden or field, nor can you find it in treasure chests.

How to get the Spirit Flower and when

No need to search — you'll receive Spirit Flowers naturally as you progress through the game. Until then, consider focusing on fulfilling the wishes of the Spirits and guiding them to the Everdoor.

You can't explore every region with every Spirit

Since the game determines when you receive a Spirit Flower, some Spirits may leave before you unlock the ship upgrades required to progress past certain barriers.

Sea barriers

Obstacles that Stella's ship cannot pass without the corresponding ship upgrade required to overcome each type of barrier.

Upgrades

Upgrades for the ship, which serves as the player's means of travel in Spiritfarer. To cross each type of sea barrier, the corresponding upgrade is required.

Garden

One of Spiritfarer's crafting facilities that can be built on the ship. It allows the player to plant and grow vegetable seeds.
